Old Glory Ranch has been owned by Charles and Suzanne McCord since 1984. In 2002, additional acreage was added and the ranch now totals over 850 acres with almost a mile of water front on the Blanco River.

For two years special events were offered in our outdoor covered pavilion, but the need to provide a more formal space to protect guests during inclement weather quickly became evident!

Suzanne McCord, with her life long friend and business partner, Laura Weems, an interior designer from Louisiana, created the design concept for Chapel Hall. (Photo of Suzanne and Laura shown top left) Construction of the innovative and flexible special event facility began in 1999, with completion in 2000. Chapel Hall is designed to fulfill the needs of many different ethnic and professional groups. With its many architectural antiques and decorative items, Chapel Hall is the ideal location for weddings, receptions, corporate events, gourmet dinners, family reunions, dances, musical events and business meetings.

In addition to Chapel Hall, we have a large covered patio adjacent to Chapel Hall, an outdoor covered pavilion, a wooden deck on the banks of the Blanco River for large outdoor ceremonies, a stone landing on the Blanco River for smaller ceremonies and a river-front home available for vacation rentals.
