No event is too large or small for Old Glory Ranch to host. To provide the ideal scenario for your event, our rates vary by season, type of event, and day of the week. Explore some of the details per venue below. For venue rates and availability, please contact our office.

Our full-service venue

Chapel Hall

Old Glory Ranch proudly presents Chapel Hall as our full-service venue. The following are included in the Chapel Hall facility fee:

  • Capacity for indoor seating for ceremony up to 300 guests (180 for inside reception)
  • Experienced day-of wedding coordinator
  • Experienced event site manager (on-site throughout event)
  • 5-hour venue rental for ceremony and reception (4 hours for reception only). Additional hours may be purchased.
  • Old Glory Ranch staff does all the setup and breakdown of venue
  • Facilities: Chapel Hall, Covered Patio, Gatehouse Pavilion, Bride’s Dressing Room, Groom’s Den,
  • Bell Tower, Ample parking area, Bus parking area
  • Hand crafted Imported Teak & Iron Chairs for Chapel Hall Ceremony (seats up to 340 guests)
  • Round Tables and Teak & Iron Chairs for Chapel Hall Reception (seats up to 180 guests w/ sizeable dance floor space)
  • Fruitwood folding chairs with padded seat for Patio Cocktail Hour & Reception
  • Round and Long Tables for Patio Reception
  • 2 – Golf Carts with drivers for simple valet parking
  • Off-duty Hays County Deputy for security
  • Wedding Rehearsal availability pending other events
  • 3 on-site Personal Planning Meetings
  • Cake Cutting Service by Old Glory Ranch Staff
  • Antique Serving Wagons on and around Patio
  • Two wood burning fireplaces
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails
  • Custom fit Tent is available for larger events & additional rental rate
  • Bridal Portrait Sitting fee waived if utilizing an Old Glory Ranch-preferred photographer (during regular business hours)

Wedding Deck

The following is included in a Wedding Deck ceremony and Chapel Hall/Patio reception:

  • Experienced Day-of Wedding Coordinator
  • Experienced Event Site Manager (on-site throughout event)
  • 5-hour venue rental for ceremony and reception (4 hours for reception only … additional hours may be purchased)
  • Old Glory Ranch staff does all the set-up and break down of Wedding Deck & Chapel Hall
  • Plastic Garden Arm Chairs for guest seating at Wedding Deck (upgrade chairs available)
  • Facilities: Wedding Deck, Chapel Hall (for reception), Covered Patio, Gatehouse Pavilion, Bride’s Dressing Room, Groom’s Den, Ample parking area, Bus parking area
  • Round Tables and Imported Hand Crafted Teak & Iron Chairs for Chapel Hall Reception (seats up to 180 guests w/ sizable dance floor space)
  • Fruitwood folding chairs with padded seat for Patio Cocktail Hour & Reception
  • Round and Long Tables for Patio Reception

Oak Grove

The following is included in our Oak Grove ceremony/reception at Old Glory Ranch:

  • Available as beautiful backdrop for photos
  • Can be set up as a ceremony location
  • Can seat 200 or more [includes plastic garden arm chairs – upgraded wooden available]
  • Can also be used for outdoor lawn game area [horseshoe pits & more]
  • All of the Chapel Hall amenities when using Chapel Hall or Patio for reception
  • Lovely sunsets for your viewing pleasure!

Great for the DIY bride

Gatehouse Pavilion

The following is included in our Gatehouse Pavilion ceremony and/or reception, private party, rehearsal dinner at Old Glory Ranch:

  • Perfectly suited for the “do-it-yourself ” DIY bride
  • The Gatehouse Pavilion is also ideal for smaller ceremonies of 100 or fewer, and includes hand-crafted cedar benches for seating (serves as rain plan for Landing ceremonies)
  • Gatehouse Pavilion is ideal for more intimate receptions or rehearsal dinners for 100 or fewer guests
  • Experienced event site manager (on-site throughout event)
  • Cake cutting service by Old Glory Ranch staff
  • One Old Glory Ranch TABC-certified staff member with bar set-up and ice provided
  • 5-hour venue rental for ceremony and reception (4 hours for reception only, rehearsal dinner, or private party; total of 8 hours for set-up/breakdown including ceremony and reception; additional hours may be purchased)
  • 10 hand-crafted cedar tables and benches with 20 additional plastic garden arm chairs

Sport court and lawn games

The following is included in a Sport Court at Old Glory Ranch:

  • Regulation croquet court; includes referee
  • Gazebo – can be used as bar or for small ceremony
  • Lighted for evening play
  • Can be rented as cocktail hour location
  • Can be rented for games with Gatehouse Pavilion
  • Includes lawn games around perimeter [ladder golf, washer toss, bocce ball, corn hole]
  • Can be tented for inclement weather [additional fee]
  • All of Chapel Hall amenities when using Chapel Hall or Patio for reception
  • All of Gatehouse amenities when used for reception
