The Gatehouse Pavilion is a well-suited alternative for the do-it-yourself bride and is practical for smaller and more casual events with a guest count of 100 or less, making it a great wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or private party space for the budget conscious.

Our facility fees vary from $4500-$5500 for traditional weddings. In addition, we have special packages for elopements and micro-weddings that begin at $500.  Whatever your vision, we have a team in place that can accommodate various needs and budgets.

2024 Gatehouse Pavilion Rates

(DIY venue for 100 guests or less)

Facility Fee for Gatehouse Pavilion:

  •  Mon-Thurs: $4500
  •  Friday: $5500

The Gatehouse Pavilion is our do-it yourself Venue and the Facility Fee Includes:

  • 5 Hour Event Time for ceremony & reception with 1½ hours available before for wedding party and photographers
  • Gatehouse decorating and set-up to take place within 10 hour period including event time
  • Breakdown should be completed within an hour after the event concludes
  • OGR Site Manager
  • Bar set-up and ice provided
  • Hand crafted Teak and Iron Chairs for the Chapel Hall Ceremony or up to 100 Plastic Chairs at the Wedding Deck
  • 10 Hand Crafted Cedar Tables, benches (and 20 plastic lawn chairs if needed)
  • Antique Serving wagons and tables in Pavilion
  • Wood burning fireplace
  • Professional sound system for all ceremonies plus stage lighting inside the chapel.
  • Wireless Microphone for toasting and standard speaker system
Add-On Fees
  • Major holidays/holiday weekend will incur an additional “holiday facility fee” based on specific weekend.
