Old Glory Ranch has an exciting new offering under the brand Old Glory Woodworks.  Our premier Texas Hill Country Wedding & Event Venue is continually upgrading & providing new services to our clients.

Owner of Old Glory Ranch, Suzanne McCord, is working with a local artisan, Henry Karlson, to repurpose wood from ancient Cypress, Black Walnut, Oak, Pecan & Cedar trees, all salvaged from the 2015 Memorial Day Wimberley flood that tore through the ranch’s two miles of Blanco River frontage.

The wood will be milled & crafted right here on the 2,200 acre ranch and the beautiful relics of hand crafted recovered works of art will be available for purchase to all our clients, as well as other interested art & wood connoisseurs.  What a great idea to to put these items on your wedding gift registry or just have a little something with  sentimental value from the ranch.

The ‘repurposed, reclaimed, renewed’ wood will be available in the form of  furniture, cutting boards, wooden spoons, salad bowls, cake stands, bird houses, crosses, picture frames, signs/plaques and more. We will be taking orders in the coming weeks, but will not be available for delivery until September/October.   If you are interested in anything in particular, please let us know and we will notify you of our earliest production.  There will be some custom orders unique to your specifications available once we have all the ordering details in place.

Stay tuned or stay in touch to watch the Old Glory Woodworks unfold into unique & memorable creations.
